Berg Legal was founded by Peter Kjellberg on the belief that a tightly focused law firm with a specialized practice serves clients best. Since then, we have advised a wide spectrum of clients, including CEOs and Nordic-listed companies.
Peter’s track record includes representing clients in high-stakes insolvency-related disputes as well as complex tax-fraud investigations. He has appeared at every level of the Finnish court system, including in the rare oral hearings before the Supreme Court of Finland.
In addition to a law degree from the University of Helsinki, Peter holds an M.Sc. from Aalto University. His knowledge of cryptocurrencies, accounting principles, and tax law enables him to craft winning trial strategies across a range of investigations, including cases involving allegations of embezzlement, money laundering, and debtor’s misconduct.
Clients also turn to Peter for civil disputes involving torts, shareholder rights, director liability, and complex real estate litigation.
